Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this GeoCouponAlerts app (the “App”) operated by Geo Coupon Alerts, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By using this App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access this App.

NUMBER OF DEVICES: You understand and agree that you may only use the Activation Code you received on ONE device (smart phone or tablet). Should you get a new phone or have a need to transfer this to another device, you will need to contact us at 800-590-4160 to request a device transfer.

NOTIFICATION ALERTS: In order to receive the location-based Geo Alerts for valid, unused coupons, you must: (a) have a GPS enabled phone or tablet, (b) ensure your device stays charged, (c) allow the App to access Location Services on your device while the App is open, and (d) allow the App to access Location Services on your device in the background if you wish to receive Geo Alerts even when the App is not open. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you.

MERCHANTS: Each merchant with coupons in the App has a legal agreement with Geo Coupon Alerts, Inc. and has agreed to honor each valid coupon presented by App users. Nevertheless, Geo Coupon Alerts, Inc. is not responsible for failure of a merchant to honor coupons for any reason, including but not limited to: change in location, change in management, business closing, or uninformed employees.

PARTICIPATING MERCHANT LOCATIONS: Coupons are valid only at the participating locations indicated on the Locations tab in the App for each merchant. Please check participating locations carefully prior to selecting desired merchants.

COUPONS: Coupons are discounts and/or offers made by merchants. Each coupon for food and dining establishments are for one table and/or bill. Coupons are not valid with any other offers or promotions. One use per visit unless specified. 2 for 1 means equal or lesser value item. Unless otherwise indicated, coupons are not valid on the following nationally recognized holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, July 4th and Labor Day. Other restrictions may apply. No cash value.

COUPON EXPIRATION DATES: Unless otherwise stated, all coupons expire one year after entering the Activation Code.

SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS: Some coupons have specified restrictions associated with their use. Please read the restrictions carefully on each coupon prior to attempting to redeem the coupon.

COUPON REDEMPTION: To redeem your coupon, click on the Redeem button on the coupon on your device and, when ordering, show the merchant the green Redeem Screen.

LIMITED LIABILITY: Geo Coupon Alerts, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any acts beyond its control including but not limited to: Acts of God, fire, strikes, acts of terrorism, errors or omissions, or any other events beyond its control. Geo Coupon Alerts, Inc. and their affiliates, will not be responsible if any merchant breaches its contract or refuses to accept coupons. Geo Coupon Alerts, Inc. disclaims all alleged liability, expressly, implied or otherwise imposed by law regarding the condition of the premises of the participating merchants or the safety of the same.

TRANSFERABILITY: The trade, barter, sale, purchase or transfer of this coupon collection in whole or in part or any of its offers is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized by Geo Coupon Alerts, Inc. This coupon collection and its offers are intended for the personal nonprofit use of the individual recipient of this coupon collection.

REPRODUCTION/ALTERCATION: Any attempt to replicate or alter the App in a manner which would enable you to redeem more coupons than expressly stated on the face of each coupon, may result in the removal of all remaining coupons in your App.

VIOLATION: Any violation of these Terms may result in the removal of all remaining coupons from the App.

APP UPDATES: Periodically, we may make updates to the App. You will need to download the updates if you would like to enjoy the features included in the new updates.

OPERATING SYSTEM: The App is currently optimized for use with Android 4.4 and iOS 8.0 or higher. Geo Coupon Alerts, Inc. does not promise that it will always support the version of operating system you have installed on your device.

GOVERNING LAW: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the App.

CHANGES: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
